Do I have to have a Paypal account to shop at Temporary:Secretary?

No. You don't.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

You can sign up for one - it will take 2 minutes.

But you can pay for your goods by credit card without signing up and process your order within a few seconds!

How Do I Make An Order?

Placing an order with us is very simple.

1) Add the item to the cart. Don't forget to choose the right colours!

2) When you have finished shopping, click "Checkout" on the top right hand side of the page.

3) Choose your country

4) Proceed to pay using Paypal

5) Log in to Paypal if you have an account with them.
If you do not have a paypal account, fret not!! You can use your credit card. All you have to do is click "Continue", which is next to the log in box on the Paypal page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly and securely accept Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yep! We welcome orders nationally and internationally!

How much is Postage and Packaging/Shipping?

P&P to the UK cost £2.95 flat rate, no matter how many items you order.Parcels will be sent by 1st Class Standard. For an extra £1.50, you can upgrade to Recorded Delivery. You will get a tracking code and a signature is required.

Please note that Temporary:Secretary cannot be held responsible for items lost once despatched using Standard Delivery. If you have any doubts, please upgrade to Recorded Delivery for your own peace of mind.

Temporary:Secretary will only offer refund or replace orders lost in the post if Recorded Delivery service has been used.

International Shipping will be by Airmail.International Signed For service and costs £6.00.

You will find the total of postage at checkout before you submit your order.

Although rare, please note that custom charges may occur and this is out of our control. Please ask your local postmaster for more info if this is of any concern. Temporary:Secretary will not accept returns or issue a refund if you decide not to pay these custom fees.

How long will posting/shipping take?

We take trips to the post office every Mondays and Thursdays. Your order will be made to order, wrapped, packed and dispatched within 5 working days. We always try to get your order out asap, however please allow 7 working days for it to reach you. Please order with time to spare if it is for a special occasions such as birthdays.

Parcels shipped overseas will take 1-4 weeks, depending on where you are.

Please note that during Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays will take slightly longer. We can not be held responsible for the delay around national holiday dates. The posties need a day off too! This also applies when there is a postal strike.

Do you exchange, refund or replace?

If you are unhappy with your purchases, Temporary:Secretary are happy to exchange or refund on the terms that you must cover the postage costs and refund will be given for the product only (excluding postage). You must email us within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange an exchange or refund. Products sent back without authorizing an exchange or refund may not be resolved.

Returning products via royal mail standard post is at your own risk. For your own piece of mind, we recommend using a service that provides a tracking service (eg. 2nd Class Recorded Delivery). Upon recieving the returned items, Temporary:Secretary will then issue a refund or send out the exchanged item of choice.

Please note that once the order is posted out, lost items are inevitably out of Temporary:Secretary's control and responsibility. Replacements will not be sent out when parcels are lost in the post. There is an option to opt for Recorded Delivery, you will find this at the bottom of our Home page. You can upgrade your postage at just £1.50 per order. A tracking code will be provided with this service, and this will often provide further information of your parcel's wherabouts.

Do you wholesale?

We do offer wholesale on some of our range so wholesale orders are absolutely welcome to independent shops and boutiques who would like to stock Temporary:Secretary items. If you would like to stock our products in your shop, (selling our products under the Temporary:Secretary brand), please get in contact by using the Contact Us or email temporarysecretary@yahoo.co.uk

Where do Temporary:Secretary get their products from?

We source our charms from all over the world, such as America, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Canada. We design our own jewellery and create all our jewellery by hand.

However, from January 2009, we will consider stocking other fabulous creations from fellow crafters, giving them an opportunity to showcase their talents. We will give you full credit for the collaboration. If you feel like you have something special to offer that is suitable for our website, please get in contact.
